How to buy

The procedure of buying a product in our online store is very simple and consists of several steps.

1. Creating an order

After selecting an item, click Add to Cart - the item will be added to your cart.

Next, if you have finished selecting the item, click Go to Cart.

The Create Order page will list all the items you have selected.

In the Quantity field, you can change the quantity of the item to purchase.

2. Checkout and order confirmation

After entering the necessary information on the product and quantity (name of the recipient, delivery address, contact information, delivery option, payment method, etc.) you need to click the Checkout button to place an order.

A copy of the order will be sent to your e-mail specified at checkout.

Attention! Incorrectly specified phone number, inaccurate or incomplete address may cause additional delay! Please carefully check your personal data when registering and placing an order.

In some time (usually within an hour) after making a purchase, you will be contacted by our manager using the contact details provided when placing the order. With the manager it will be possible to coordinate the exact time and terms of delivery, as well as to clarify the details.

Note: For regular customers of our online store there is Registration. In your personal account you can view the contents of the cart, the history of your orders, as well as repeat or cancel the order, subscribe to the newsletter of the store.

3. Payment and prices

The prices indicated on the website are final and do not require additional payments under standard delivery conditions. All taxes are included in the price of the goods.

Attention! For each individual order only one payment method of your choice is possible. It is not possible to pay for the order in installments by different methods.

Payment is made in cash at self-delivery, cashless payment by invoice, or on the site by bank card.

For other forms of payment can be contacted through any communication channels listed on the site.

4. Minimum order and discount system

The minimum order is 1 000 AED.

Discount system according to the size of the order:

3% - from 19 000 AED.

5% - from 38 000 AED.

We are ready to discuss individual terms of cooperation in case of non-standard order. For example: order from the manufacturer's warehouse, system orders based on the forecast.
